Christians are constantly being argued against for how our faith works. We are told that works get you Salvation. We need to understand that when that covenant (Law) took place, we were not apart of it. There were no Christians back then. No one knew who Jesus was at that time, accept the Father, the Holy Spirit, and Himself. We have to distinguish the difference between the covenants. The Law was for the Jews to follow so God the Father could dwell among them. He cannot be around sin, so He provided Law that Jews could follow to avoid sin and remain pure. This would obtain their Salvation, however they could not avoid sinning. This meant that no amount of works could get the job done because they would fall short. Jesus came and tried to explain this.
We learned over time that we are not capable of leading sinless lives. Everyone sins at some point. We cannot help it. It is in our nature. Because of this, Jews were given a way out. However, they refused the help. They deny Jesus Christ. They deny who He is. They know He lived. They know all about Him. They know the miracles He performed. They know that veil in their temple tore in half and the sky went dark for three hours. They were actual eye witnesses that deny Him. They saw these things.
God the Son came in human form to be among His people and they had Him crucified. This is why the commandment “thou shall not bear false witness”, is important to remember. Bearing false witness got Our Lord and Savior killed. They saw His works, but because they lacked faith they denied Him.
Jesus came to explain the Law to make them understand the full extent of it. Instead of listening they denied the Truth that was right in front of them. Because of this Christianity was born. Thank them for their denial. If it weren’t for their denial we wouldn’t have had a chance to be in the Family of God.
The covenant that was made with Israel is a physical covenant. That is why they had to do works and follow the Law physically for Salvation. Christians are not the same. We do not have a physical covenant with God. Our works do not get us to Paradise. Our faith in Jesus Christ, believing how He died, believing how He rose again, and believing how He will be back for us is how we get to Paradise. We have a spiritual covenant with Jesus Christ. Now, at this point, we have been grafted into the Family of God because the Jews denied the Son. Now we are needed to spread the word about Jesus. We are needed to get people to see that they must seek the Blood of Jesus. Their works will not get them Salvation because they cannot perfectly follow the Law. They cannot keep from sinning.
People seem to miss the whole point. When you are covered by Jesus’ Blood, the Father sees you like He sees the Son. When He looks at you, you are sinless just as the Son was. When you are judged do you want to be judged with or without Jesus? Without Jesus you will be judged by your works; everything you have ever done. Have you ever lied for any reason? Have you ever stolen? Have you ever lusted? Think of all sin. Have you ever sinned at all in any way? You have. It is impossible not to. The Father cannot be around liars, perverts, or thieves. What is your plan then? When the Father shows you that He cannot dwell around sin? You cannot ask for Jesus help now. It is too late. How can someone cover you if you deny who they are? To you He does not exist. God the Son, that is. To you He just a teacher, a prophet, or a rabbi. To Christians He is God the Son.
Why did Abraham get counted as righteous? Did he follow the Law perfectly? Was he sinless? No. We know God loved him though. Why? Because he had faith in God. You do understand that there are people that do good things that do not believe in God? Do you think that if you deny God exists that you will go to Paradise? How can He bring you to somewhere you do not believe in? Your works do not get you there. You are not sinless. Not one person that ever walked this earth, accept Jesus Christ, can live a sinless life.
Something else that you need to know is that the New Covenant made a way for all to reach the kingdom of God. Do not accept the wrong covenant. You cannot get Salvation by works because you cannot live a sinless life. You need a Savior. The first step is accepting that. Jews have a hard time accepting this because of tradition and religious practices. Just think how hard it is to accept that everything you thought was a lie. It is tough. We have all been there. I remember being annoyed that Pluto was no longer a planet. They no longer teach that “Y” is sometimes a vowel. Now they say that your blood is not blue before it hits oxygen. These were things I was taught growing up. They were lies. It was hard to trust anything ever again once I realized this.
Something that is absolutely silly is people stealing the covenant from Israel, which does NOT belong to them, but denying the New Covenant through Jesus Christ, which does belong to them, if they were to accept it. If you are NOT the Jewish people that covenant does not belong to you. Let me explain what I mean. The “Ku Klux Klan (KKK)” seems to believe that they are the true Jews. Then there are “Black Hebrew Israelites (BHI)”. They both say the same thing, but one is white only and one is black only. They are both accepting a covenant that does not belong to them. They are both extremely racist. They are not the true Jews.
True Jews come from the Holy Land. It is a physical covenant with Israel. Europeans and Africans are not from Israel. If you are not from Israel then you should not take that covenant and reject the New Covenant. Not only are you not the Chosen people of God, but you declined the covenant made for you to obtain Salvation. They do not understand this though. They get angry and act like they cannot see it. The BHI claim to be the true Jews. However, they come from Africa. Now they live here in America. They think the 400 years of slavery in the Bible mirrors the Transatlantic Slave Trade. It doesn’t. The sad thing is that they deny Jesus Christ because they claim that it is “the white man’s” religion, but that is the covenant they can be apart of, but they choose of covenant that is not even theirs. Satan has successfully tricked these people. The KKK situation is a little different. They steal the Israel covenant and believe that because they are white they are the pure race. It is absolute nonsense. Both groups can accept Jesus and His New Covenant, but they want what is not theirs.
Know this… Because the Jews could not do right there was a New Covenant made. It was to save everyone. Satan has convinced people to reject this covenant and accept a covenant that does not belong to them. He has also convinced the Jews that their works can get them Salvation. The works thing is over. He tried that. It failed miserably. He provided a way that you can for sure be with Him and you reject it. It is so important for everyone to understand the bigger picture. Stop rejecting the covenant that is provided to save you. When you see the Truth you will hate that you did not listen. You will hate that you rejected Christ. You will hate that you accepted a covenant that was not yours and denied the one that you could be a part of. Once you die there is no more opportunity to accept Jesus. The time is now! Seek Jesus. Turn and Repent.

“Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of God the Son, Jesus Christ. You said in Your Word that whosoever believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Father, I choose to believe in Jesus Christ today. I believe how He died on the cross for my sins, that He was raised from the dead on the third day, and that He is alive right now. Lord Jesus, I am asking You now, come into my heart. Live Your life in me and through me. I repent of my sins and surrender myself totally and completely to You. Heavenly Father, by faith I now confess Jesus Christ as my new Lord and from this day forward, I dedicate my life to serving Him. In Jesus name, Amen.”
