Dear Atheists,

I appreciate you taking the time to listen to me. I know that as an atheist, you likely view the world through a lens of natural laws and human reasoning, perhaps finding the concept of a personal God or the existence of suffering irreconcilable with a benevolent Creator. I’m not here to argue or to sell you something; in fact, I do all of this for absolutely no profit of money, solely to glorify Jesus Christ. I want to tell you the truth of what I believe and, more importantly, why I believe it.

Why I Believe: My Lived Reality I don’t follow a religion because it was handed down to me; I choose Christianity because it is the truth. I was raised by Pagans, surrounded by tarot cards, spells, and darkness. My early life was a blur of domestic violence, abuse, and a heavy addiction to ecstasy. I was the "lost sheep" Jesus had to come and find. One day, while I was buying a fan during a heatwave, I began to overdose. My heart was racing, I couldn't breathe, and I was losing consciousness. In my panic, a voice that wasn't mine cried out from my spirit: "Jesus, please help me I am scared; If you help me I will never do these pills again!". I didn't die that day. Instead, I heard a voice say, "I did my part child, now do yours". I woke up and never touched those pills again. My life was completely transformed right before my eyes.

This is why I am serious and sincere: I have a personal relationship with a Savior who saved my physical life and my soul. What I Believe: I am a Trinitarian. I believe in one God existing in three co-equal persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. I believe Jesus is not just a teacher or a prophet, but God manifested in the flesh. He lived the perfect, sinless life that we are incapable of living. You might ask why a good God allows the suffering we see in this world. I believe that when humanity was given free will, we were given the ability to choose between good and evil. Suffering is a natural consequence of the misuse of that freedom and the presence of sin in a fallen world. However, God uses that very suffering to develop character, build endurance, and draw us closer to Him.

My Mission: Truth Without Compromise Because I know how easy it is to be misled by false teachings, my only goal is to speak the truth honestly. Every day, I pray that God will protect my heart and mind—guarding my eyes and ears from lies—so that I may have a pure conscience. I ask Him to correct me if I am misinterpreting anything because I refuse to lead anyone down a "wide path" to destruction. My devotion is a total submission to His will. My heart’s cry is: "Use me Lord. Whatever you need, whatever you want me to say, I WILL DO IT GLADLY". I am just a saved Gentile, a person without a Jewish heritage who was graciously welcomed into the Kingdom of God through faith alone. An Invitation to You I believe the "New Covenant" through Jesus Christ is a gift provided to save everyone, regardless of race or background. You don’t have to be "good enough" to earn it, because none of us are. It is about accepting the sacrifice Jesus made for you. If your heart is searching for the peace that surpasses all understanding,

I invite you to consider this prayer: "Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ. I choose to believe in Him today—that He died for my sins and was raised from the dead. Lord Jesus, come into my heart and live Your life through me. I repent and surrender myself totally to You. From this day forward, I dedicate my life to serving Him. In Jesus name, Amen". I tell you these things not to judge you, but because I want to see you in Heaven. All Glory be to God!

My friend, I want to begin by saying this: I’m not here to win an argument. I’m here because I care about you—your mind, your questions, your integrity, and your soul. If truth exists, it should withstand examination. And if Jesus is real, then He deserves to be taken seriously. So let’s explore this together, not as opponents, but as two people searching for what is real.

1. The Historical Question: Did Jesus Actually Exist? Before we talk about miracles, faith, or theology, we have to start with the simplest question: Was Jesus a real historical person? Surprisingly, this is one of the least controversial questions among historians—Christian, atheist, Jewish, or otherwise. Non-Christian Sources Confirm Him Two of the most respected ancient historians—neither of them Christians—mention Jesus directly:

• Josephus, a first-century Jewish historian, wrote about Jesus, His crucifixion under Pontius Pilate, and His followers who continued to worship Him after His death. • Tacitus, a Roman historian, recorded that “Christus” was executed under Pontius Pilate during the reign of Tiberius, and that the movement spread rapidly despite persecution.

These are not religious texts. They are hostile or neutral sources. And yet they confirm the core facts: Jesus lived. Jesus was crucified. His followers believed something extraordinary happened afterward.

2. The Reliability of the New Testament Manuscripts You don’t have to accept the New Testament as Scripture to acknowledge it as historical documentation. There are over 24,000 ancient manuscripts of the New Testament—far more than any other ancient work. For comparison: Historians don’t dismiss Plato as unreliable, yet the New Testament has exponentially stronger textual support. If we reject the New Testament as historically unreliable, we would have to throw out nearly every ancient document we possess.

3. The Resurrection: The Central Claim Now we reach the heart of the matter. Christians don’t believe Jesus is God simply because He lived. We believe it because He rose from the dead. And here’s the surprising part: Even skeptical scholars agree on several “minimal facts”—points supported by evidence so strong that nearly all historians accept them:

The Minimal Facts:

1. Jesus was crucified and died under Roman execution.

2. His tomb was found empty shortly afterward.

3. Many people—friends and enemies—believed they saw Him alive again.

4. These experiences transformed His followers from fearful deserters into bold proclaimers willing to die for this belief. The question is not whether these things happened. The question is what best explains them. Hallucinations don’t explain an empty tomb. A stolen body doesn’t explain hundreds of eyewitnesses. A myth doesn’t explain the sudden explosion of the early church in the very city where Jesus was killed. The resurrection remains the most coherent explanation. 4. The Impact of His Life Something happened in the first century that changed the world so dramatically that historians still struggle to explain it. A small group of uneducated fishermen and tax collectors—terrified and hiding after Jesus’s death—suddenly became unstoppable. They preached boldly. They endured torture. They died refusing to deny what they claimed to have seen. People don’t willingly die for something they know is a lie. The rise of Christianity is not a slow myth-building process. It is a historical explosion. Something lit that fuse.

5. The Personal Side: Why This Matters to Me I can give you evidence, logic, manuscripts, and history. But at some point, the question becomes personal. I believe in Jesus not only because the evidence points to Him, but because He changed me. I’ve seen what happens when people encounter Him—the addictions broken, the bitterness healed, the despair lifted, the identity restored. I’ve seen people who had every reason to give up find hope again. I’ve seen forgiveness where there should have been hatred. I’ve seen peace where there should have been fear. And I’ve experienced that transformation myself. This isn’t just history to me. It’s life.

6. A Gentle Invitation I don’t expect you to walk away convinced today. Belief isn’t something you can force—it’s something you discover. But I want to invite you to do something simple: Be open. Examine the evidence honestly. Ask the hard questions. Follow the truth wherever it leads. If Jesus is real, then He is worth your time. If He rose from the dead, then He is worth your life. And if He loves you—as I believe He does—then He is worth knowing. I’m here to walk with you, not to pressure you. Truth doesn’t fear investigation. And neither does Jesus.

ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR TODAY Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of God the Son, Jesus Christ. You said in Your Word that whosoever believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Father, I choose to believe in Jesus Christ today. I believe how He died on the cross for my sins, that He was raised from the dead on the third day, and that He is alive right now. Lord Jesus, I am asking You now, come into my heart. Live Your life in me and through me. I repent of my sins and surrender myself totally and completely to You. Heavenly Father, by faith I now confess Jesus Christ as my new Lord and from this day forward, I dedicate my life to serving Him. In Jesus name, Amen. The Father is God. Jesus is God. The Holy Spirit is God. Trinitarian Nazarene. Love family. Keep it always.
